IXC Corp. (“IXC,” “we,” or “us”) processes personal information submitted through the Qoretix website and one-page-scope request. Qoretix is IXC’s release-assurance system and service, not a separate legal entity.

We process only the data reasonably needed for these purposes. Quote-consultation data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to build marketing profiles.
3. Legal basis and choice
We process one-page-scope request data with your consent. You may decline to provide required data, but we will then be unable to process the online request. Optional data is not required. Access and security data is processed as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the website, our users, and our rights.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties without consent unless a lawful basis requires or permits disclosure. If a new disclosure becomes necessary, we will explain the recipient, purpose, data, and retention period and obtain consent where required.
5. Service providers and international processing
We request separate consent before transferring online consultation data internationally through the providers below.

If you do not want data processed internationally, do not submit the online form and contact us to discuss an alternative. Email may also be processed internationally depending on the sender’s provider. We manage provider privacy obligations through contracts, access controls, and service configuration.
6. Deletion
We delete or irreversibly anonymize personal information when the stated retention period ends or the purpose no longer applies, unless law requires longer retention. Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery; any paper records are shredded or destroyed.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Email sales@qoretix.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may act for you with appropriate evidence of authority.
8. Cookies and similar technology
The website may use cookies needed for essential WordPress functions, security, and traffic protection. Outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Cloudflare Web Analytics may automatically inject a RUM beacon to measure page performance. The beacon does not read or write cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. Connection context, page and referrer URLs, and web-performance measurements are used to aggregate website use and improve performance. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We store that choice in the qx_analytics_consent cookie for 180 days; analytics cookies such as _ga may last up to two years. We do not use advertising cookies or send form contents to Analytics. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer or block and delete cookies in your browser.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including least-privilege access, access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, server and administrator-account protection, security updates, log review, backup and recovery procedures, and provider oversight.

11. Changes
We may update this policy when laws, the service, or our processing changes. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect. The effective date and version appear at the top.
